Hi. I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Poppy Rhino. I was born on February 18, 2007 at Lovebites Pastry Headquarters in Los Angeles. There were several other rhinos, as well as hippos, frogs, grizzly bears, kangaroos and frogs in my litter-- you see my mother is VERY talented and versatile and likes to play the field!!
Unfortunately conditions in LA weren't very favorable for a sweet young rhino like me, so a few days later I escaped to the halcyon sanctuary of my favorite Aunt in Detroit. She really loves animals, and in fact visits them regularly at the Detroit Zoo where she volunteers as a docent. You can read about her experiences at www.animalmoments.blogspot.com.
That was the good news. The bad news is that my brothers and sisters and I didn't last very long in Detroit. We're all in cookie heaven now!!
